Tom Harper Named Chief Growth Officer at Blue & Co.

CARMEL, Ind. (February 21, 2022) – Blue & Co., LLC is delighted to share that Tom Harper has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer (CGO), effective February 11, 2022. Harper is Blue & Co.’s first CGO, having previously served as the firm’s first Business Development Officer.

“I am pleased to announce that Tom Harper has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer,” Brad Shaw, managing director said. “He has come in and been the trusted advisor to our group while helping us navigate the complexities of building a business development engine. I can’t thank Tom enough for the impact he has made.”

Harper has been with Blue & Co., LLC since September 2019.  In his role as Business Development officer, Harper has directed and managed the successful implementation of various initiatives including developing niche strategic plans, building a marketing team, and creating a successful thought leadership platform. These improvements contributed to the significant growth Blue & Co has seen over the last couple of years.

Harper received an MBA Degree in General Management & Marketing from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active alum within the University of Michigan alumni network.
