Mr. Javorka is a Director of Blue & Co.’s Valuation and Healthcare Strategy Group.

Mr. Javorka has more than 20 years of experience in consulting in and working in the healthcare arena for various providers. For 14 years, he worked as an executive operations leader for hospital and physician practices. Mr. Javorka primarily works with executive leaders to engage their focus on the physician enterprise to maximize financial and operational performance.

Mr. Javorka has consulted on all aspects of healthcare management including strategy execution between the hospital and physician enterprise,  performance management, development of a physician enterprise risk portfolio and physician compensation strategy, design, and compliance.

Mr. Javorka holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University, and is a current or past participant in many civic/board roles in the community including: CICOA Foundation (secretary), Tabor Ministries (vice president), Young Presidents Organization, Indiana Lung Association (past- executive planning committee), Indiana State University Mentor Program  (past), Indianapolis First Church of the Nazarene (past) and The Penrod Society (past treasurer). He was named Indy’s Best and Brightest in 2013 for Achievement in Healthcare.
