Tom Skoog has more than 29 years of experience providing IT risk management services in a variety of industries including not-for-profit. In his previous role, Tom was responsible for the IT risk and audit practices for the offices in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky business unit. He was responsible for delivering both external and internal audit services along with other advisory offerings including cybersecurity, system controls integration, strategy development, project management, and helping clients comply with a variety of regulatory requirements. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University in 1987. He services on the Board of Directors for LifeCare Alliance, which is the parent organization of the Meals-on-Wheels program in central Ohio, one of the largest in the country. He serves on the Finance and Technology committees and chairs their Risk Committee. - Cathy Reed, Technical Support Supervisor

Cathy Reed has more than 20 years of experience working on Blue’s IT team. Her primary responsibilities focus on software management and support, training, and managing the internal IT support team. She has led major initiatives that include the firm-wide adoption of two-factor authentication and provides ongoing enforcement of document retention policies for our various electronic storage applications. Cathy attended Lansing Community College and has A+ and Network+ certifications. In her free time, she volunteers for the March of Dimes’ Walk America program and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life program.
