Before joining Blue & Co., Sally worked with another healthcare oriented CPA firm and began her career with the Medicare fiscal intermediary. Her focus is primarily in the reimbursement area with a concentration in Medicaid and disproportionate share reimbursement, State and federal healthcare legislation, provider appeals and critical access hospital conversions.
Ms. Cleveland is active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, has served on its Indiana Board of Directors and is a member of the Healthcare Policy Committee. She previously chaired the Finance Committee of a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Indianapolis.
