Recruitment Process: What can you expect?

Step 2: When we see a potential fit, we will begin with a telephone interview. During this interview, we will review your background and experiences as well as clarify your career objectives. We will also spend time sharing more about us. The primary objective — to determine if this is a good match for your next career move.

Step 3: The next step for qualified candidates is an office visit for a more in-depth conversation about career opportunities at Blue. During this visit, you will have an opportunity to meet our team and learn more about the opportunity. You will also have time to observe first-hand what makes life at Blue so incredible!

Step 4: After your on-site visit, we will follow-up with you regarding next steps. At Blue, we believe in respecting our candidates. That means, even if you are not selected, you will be provided feedback within two weeks of your on-site visit.
